At Keys of Joy, we use the String Scholars method. In the same way we learn to speak before we learn to read and spell, this unique approach delays music reading and theory until the student is ready. This allows students to play great-sounding music from their very first lessons, build a repertoire, and gain fluency on the instrument before they learn how to read music. This is a much more natural approach than traditional violin lessons.
